Denise is a graduate of the University of North Texas and has a background in graphic design and education. In her free time, Mary enjoys curling up (uninterrupted) with a fuzzy blanket, cup of coffee, and a good book. Mary and her husband, Colin, served as foster parents for 6 years and have 5 children by birth and adoption. The Wells Family was recognized by Congressman Sam Johnson and the Congressional Coalition for Adoption Institute as “Angels in Adoption” in 2016 for their personal and professional contributions to better the lives of children in foster care and those waiting for adoption in Texas.
