You’re invited to gather with other moms on the foster care, adoption, or kinship care journey at the Embrace Moms’ Retreat. You’ll learn from incredible speakers, rest in luxurious cabins, eat delectable meals (without cooking or washing a single dish!), participate in fun activities and crafts, connect with small group breakouts, and enjoy plenty of free time in scenic Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

- Retreat takes place in multiple cabins in the Pine Lakes development in Broken Bow, OK
- September 27-29, 2024
- Retreat registration is all-inclusive and is typically priced under $400 with some partial scholarships available
- Please plan on leaving any and all children (including nursing infants), spouses, friends, partners, at home
- Specific religious affiliation or beliefs are not a requirement to attend. Biblical text and perspectives and prayer should be expected throughout the weekend.
- Transportation to and from retreat not included
- Meals include a variety of options that typically accommodate gluten free, low carb, dairy free, diabetic, and vegetarian diets. If you have severe allergies or very specific nutritional needs you may wish to bring supplemental meals or snacks which can be stored or refrigerated in your cabin.
- Attendees must be foster, adoptive or kinship care mothers. Moms in the "waiting" phase of the adoption process are also welcome.
- 12 training hours for foster parents are provided, certificates available upon request
- This is NOT your mother's Moms' Retreat. We will pray and play and PARTY.
