Join us at “First Steps”, a quarterly informational gathering at the Embrace Office in Historic Downtown McKinney. Sit down with our staff and hear more about:

How to start the licensing process
Things to consider when selecting a child placing agency
Honest answers to your questions and concerns about opening your home

Tuesday, August 30, 2022 from 10:00 – 11:30 am
Please register by clicking on the date above when you would like to attend and completing the linked form. First Steps gatherings take place whether we have 2 guests or 10. This gathering is open to couples or individuals-please also register your spouse if he or she is coming. We also have a small adjoining play room for any little ones that may need come along. Hideaway at Rockin’ E Ranch is a 4 day, 3 night adventure on a guest ranch in West Texas. Children experience group games, water play, equine therapy, crafts, fishing, archery, and much more, all with the support of trauma-informed staff and volunteers. Many happy memories are made, and families leave feeling rested and connected.

Collin House Manager, Lori Seifert, hosts quarterly serve days at Embrace’s campus in Historic Downtown McKinney. Volunteers of all ages pitch in to maintain the property, decorate for holidays, clean, garden, and make this house a welcoming home for the children who stay as guests.
